Educational purpose
All workshops, notes, and coaching sessions are for education about technical analysis and moving average methods. Nothing on this site is personal financial advice, a recommendation to trade, or an offer of managed funds.
Website use
You may browse pages for personal, non-commercial information. You must not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape content at scale, or misrepresent affiliation with File Ridge Core.
Bookings
Workshop seats are confirmed by email after you contact us. Listed prices are informational. A booking is formed when we confirm your seat in writing and any requested deposit is received according to the refund policy.
Participant conduct
Studio sessions require respectful behaviour toward facilitators and other participants. We may refuse or end a session if conduct interferes with learning.
Intellectual property
Workshop materials, rule-card templates, and site copy remain owned by File Ridge Core. You may keep personal notes for your own study; redistribution of handouts requires prior written consent.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, File Ridge Core is not liable for trading losses or decisions you make after attending training. Our obligation is to deliver the educational session described at booking.
Changes
We may update these terms on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.
